I would like to hear if there are a few people on this forum who love bodybuilding.

I am currently doing Mark Rippetoe: Starting strenght.
This is a very good program if you are new to any bodybuilding or strenght training program and getting the strenght that is needed.
over 3 months I will be done and will start with pure bodybuilding.

Hello, I do fitniss i bench press 110KG 4 times 1 time 135KG wanna know what the rest of you press remember mine is in KG not llb:P

I was thinking to plan a schedule to help me to lose weight and build muscle at the same time.
It's sure getting tough right now but I will try my best. O_o
