I know the decimal system however what's the +190 or -220 business?

our odds are way easier than the dewey decimal system, all bets are 100 so +190 you win 190 on a 100 bet or -220 you would need to bet 220 to win 100, now can u explain to me the decimal odds

like taxes, in ontario we have 15% consumer tax so that would = Muhammed Ali vs. smuck = $100.00 * 1.15 = $115.00

+190 = bet $100 to win $190
-220 = bet $220 to win $100
