One problem I see with hypotheticals is how are you going to figure out the odds in the event of a push or cancel?

I'm a fan of (moving forward) making the minimum bet $1 in order for a parlay to qualify. In addition, that gives those participating incentive to earn on the offerwalls here and do a redeem if they need to do so... to place their parlay.
