a new one has started but not on Starz

Is the History Channel's.... Vikings, very good ! And theres still plenty of time for newbies to catch up before its just-announced second season

Never seen Spartacus, but I've been following Vikings. Pretty good show so far. I wish the History Channel would invest more in scripted series, or some really high quality documentaries. Much better than the rest of the crap the channel spews by far.

The Vikings show has a really good script. The only fault is that you can tell the show is on a strict budget because there are never more than 20 people on the screen at once, haha. But good nonetheless.

I too found the show was much better than I expected. I love the history channel. To me best station out there.
