Pretty hard to get any money out of it when theres 4 diamonds on the board.

True but the the maniacs I play with would shove that spot thinking trips is always the nuts. Saw a hand where the board was a flush - think all hearts. One guy shoves with 2 hearts and some random card and some moron calls with 2pair and they split the pot.
