That's a relative question. Nobody who is running hot would think "this game is brutal." Most likely they are too high on dopamine to even question what their doing, and why its working out. Unless of course they are emphatic.
Your hole cards are the least important factor in Texas hold'em.

Somtimes poker is brutal other times it's not I love the game and am willing to take the suck outs or coolers to win

the brutality of poker keeps your juices flowing. knowing that your competition is dominated keeps you coming back for more. there is nothing like the feeling of having the NUTZ so to speak and having someone raise and check-raise you
