I really liked this movie. My expectations were low so I guess not hard to please me but this was a nice surprise. Definitly recommend it

I had higher expectations, but still thought it was good. Funny as hell when the ape yelled NO. haha. pretty cool tho

The original and the new movie is a reflection of their time. Worries about nuclear war was in the forefront in the original, in the recent one it was updated as concerns from a virus pandemic or another man-made catastrophe is put on the table. It will be interesting to see them tie it together.
Tim Burtons version was pointless, it only concentrated on giving the audience a twist, a bad one at that.

Haven't seen this movie yet but the reviews weren't so great on it so I don't know if I will watch it.
