It is an excellent movie that is in theaters and liked the hearing in general.

Gravity was one of my favorite new movies mainly because it had a strange new feel to it with a plot that is simi-realistic but an amazing portrayal of the human spirit in many ways

What I don't get is that it's up for best cinematography. Wasn't it mostly visual effects? Or did they actually film it in space?
