I BADGERED several friends to read the books(WELL B4 the show came out)and they were all hooked instantly. I would suggest to a thrones "virgin"... read at least the first book, then watch, then be amazed on how HBO NAILED it!

Probably my favorite show on television. It is unbelievably good. The books are AMAZING as well, and I love them. That said, the show brings it all to life and in ways that many books to movies or tv do not accomplish. The characters are just as I imagined; the dragons are over the top...

If you can get in on the marathon this weekend you'll be hooked...HBO'S are free on dishnetwork this weekend spread the word.

Wacth the show you will be hooked its worth it.I could care less about 99% of the show out there love this one.
