case 39 is the sickest psycho movie i have seen in years

Is this a new movie, I love horror/thriller flicks and have never heard of it.
A brief description of the plot would be helpful too.

the movie is with rene zellweger as a social worker who saves a gir lfrom abusive parents but finds there more to the child than meets the eye... but thats all ill tell you because the twist are the whole movie .... hmmm....( sounds weak but its diffenently not)2009

That's good, and 2009 is good too, it is not too old.
