Old habits are hard to break, but first and foremost it sounds like you need some solid BRM, then some kind of control over feeling bored or wanting action. with 85 as a roll you shouldnt even be close to thinking about 1/2 maybe .05/.10 or .10/.25

BRM and spend 8 to 10% what ever you deposit/withdraw on education. Video, books or training site, and would adhere to BRM will at least slow down the deposits and over time you should be able to make withdraws.

when you start running bad really go take a break log off go to store, smoke a cig cool off before you loose it all, the games are going no where tell yourself that, start over tomorrow if you can..gl dam you play hard like me but you deposit to much, win some fr dude..gl
