Bankroll to zero is a sure fire way off of tilt. I just quit as soon as I play my second hand wrong.

i keep tiltin so i lose all my bankroll, then i wake up next morning and realize what i have done

I'll check those videos next time I get a bankroll. I just tilted $100, almost on purpose. I have enough for a buy-in to this omaha hilo MTT that hopefully turns my luck around. If not, time to start over

One of the cures for tilt is time. If you can get up and walk away from the tables/computer screen, do it. Cool off and come back later.
