for the past couple weeks i have been grinding hard at the bcp tables, carbon, juicy stakes, client. this will be my last blog towards grinding, and i am putting in a full effort.

iv'e actually had a hit and runner today at bcp for a dollar , i went a little on tilt and lost 2 more bucks but decided to cool off and not play any more.. normally i would of had major tilt issues, and even went into the casino as i love the slot machines but i ended up closing the session. i will grind back the money on the freerolls.

my goal is too get enough of a cushion so i can be a consistent winner at the low micro stakes cash game levels.. and move up to the mid stakes by the end of 2014 my projected goal is 50nl , or hold em.. which i can see attainable.

i will only be updating this blog twice a month.. one at the beginning of the month, and one during the middle.

I mean come on you went tilt over 1 buck? Tilt is one of the most devastating leaks in a poker player, and being affected over 1 buck is just not acceptable. The only ways to overcome tilt is to walk away or to become enough of a hard ass that you can still play somewhat well on tilt.

Since your a gal I recommend the "walk away" approach because women tend to go bananas easily, but the "become a hard ass" strategy tends to work better for me since i can still put in hours. So to each his own. Hopefully you listen, and plug in that leak. How are you going to play midstakes when you go on tilt for every dollar, you should have walked away asap, not wait till you lose 2 dollars.

Just my dollar, i mean, 2 cents. and 200th post!
