I have recently adopted this stategy....when i am beaten by a bad beat i make it a point not to play in the next hand no matter what i'm dealt......too easy to throw chips away to tilting

I never go on tilt, ever. I may employ a tactic where it looks like I'm on tilt, if I suffer a bad beat and then get a premium hand within the next hands, but never actually go on tilt.

I tilt a lot, its part of the game. I just end up giving all my chips/money away lol

easier said that done if u get u fuckin good hand u its stupid to fold the problem in most cases isnt the hands its the fuckin rejects that play them
