It happens, just try to learn from it and not make the mistake again. Have good BR management and also don't move up in stakes. Just play where ur at for a while.

Learn to enjoy it. I never want a big bank roll on line. So I do what you do - I go up short stacked and play way over my head. Its fun as hell but utterly useless for building a bank roll due to variance. if you wanna play like around the .25 SnG ring game tables you need like $800. You have $5 from PO so I''m guessing you don't have $800.

why dont you just learn from your mistakes have you read the chris "ill steal everyones money" ferguson article when ft was up. how he never spent over 10 percent and ran up an account in a year from zero to 10k by playing freerolls

BRM is the key....a good brm programme will protect yer roll....hope ya win big again and get another shot...

yup bankroll managment will help a lot, dont play high if u dont have money for it ( bankroll ) ;D
