I don't understand the shove after the min-raise on the flop - its not deep enough in the tournament to make that play.

You min-raised preflop, so he calls the min-raise with a suited jack. If you want to play the A-Q off in position preflop, you probably need to be more aggressive with it. I would say that the other guy was a bit loose limping with J-4, but after he's in for 150, 150 more is an easy call. At no point did you have any reason to think you had the nuts, so his re-raise post-flop should have given you pause. Don't take this badly - just expressing my opinion and giving you some feedback, but I think you mis-played preflop and overplayed your hand post-flop.
