I agree that underage people should not be here, but how you do police it? I am not sure that it is illegal to play in client if they are just playing for points and not actual money and it would be up to the actual poker sites (carbon, etc.) to determine whether or not they could play there.

You agree to the terms that you are of age when you sign up. Short of asking for a scanned copy of someone's license, there isn't a bunch you can do. The poker sites (Carbon etc) those are the guys I rely on to police this for me.

Meh Im with Dalsue here. In a perfect world obv everyone would be over the legal age. But it is the poker sites job to police their users and make sure they are legal. Its like how in Bars you get ID'd at the door so people inside know your of the legal age. Well carbon are the charge of the door and should ID the people signing up for their site. Zab is like the barman inside who is under the assumption that people with carbon accounts are of the legal age.

My guess is lilg is mad he lost in the client. I look at the client like facebook poker or something. Try a simple google search and you will easily find places to buy/sell facebook poker chips. So they have a cash value similar to how the chips used in the client have a cash value. I dont see the DOJ knocking down Facebooks door for their federal crime of letting underage people play facebook poker.

Ok those are my 2 analogies that should finish this arguement.
