Mergerific PO tourney varianced lately..

Anyone else keep track of how many times they get bounced from final table or around the bubble in PO tourneys lately? Mine looks like this:
AK all in Pre flop - I get A8 to call... Great!...uh-oh...river str8... Out in 7th.
Tourney b4 that.. I have JJ and shove allin over top of 99. Great! uh-oh river set 9's.
and so on...I took 4th in one other tourney in the last 8 PO's but all the others were very suspisicous calls and rivers... Gets alil flakey on a streak on merge. People call with no business calling and then suck out baaaaddd...I have no problem with that early on tween donks but it seems to hapen at a crucial time when only the better players are left.
