um - don't play flips. play tourneys where yu can wait for 80%. that should help. AA, KK etc never loses 12x in a row...cept in client loll

I know how you feel. Seems as though even when you are making the right call, you get snapped. That's the prob with playing the 50-60%'rs like that. Feels like you should win every time but the unfortunate fact of the matter is you can bust out easy and left scratching your head. It's tough to avoid making those calls though!

Just now in PS $100 added $0.25 I was @ 2x starting stack only about 10 hands in due to a donkey.
I get 55 and call on the button with couple other limpers.
Flop K52 and 2 are spades.
Check to me so I bet out ~3/4 pot, as I want to scare out flush draws. (~5 BB so not much chips)
The BB who just checked then raises all in....needless we get 1 more calls and the rest folds. I decide to call.
The raiser had Kings up (K2) and the cold caller had 88.....surprising but ill take it.
turn blank and river ... an 8 . Back down to starting worth of chips.
