i am thinking of using a more loose style, bluffing more often and protecting my big hands with huge raises. It wont work if the bad beats keep coming

Take a break. Honestly. A long one. If you usually play every day, take 2 days completely off. Don't talk about poker, don't read about poker, don't think about poker.
Then, come back and stop focusing on "getting it in with the best hand," and instead focus on not busting early. Don't worry about trying to win, just avoid losing. Make every effort NOT to commit large chunks of your stack before the river, even if you feel you are somewhat ahead. It'll be hard at first, but remember, it's not a style you're adopting forever, just resetting your mindset. It has worked for me.
