Well guys, the lesson I learnt was that when im not myself I should stop playing hence I wrote down some guidelines I will hopefully follow this week:
1) No more than 2 buys-in per day (hence if I join a 25$ zoom game I lose twice I'm done for the day even if I still have 250$ behind)
2) Do not play if im hungry (I learnt in one of my consumer behavior class that hunger can alter your behavior)
3) Do not play if I need to go to the bathroom.... take a break and go FFS
4) Do not play if tired... rest enough is enough
5) No stupid bluffs that will throw money in for no reasons
6) No useless calls for the same reasons...
Hopefully Ill learn something and use those next time and I think I should be good to go as I proved I knew how to build a bankroll with 2$ up to 160$
