I thinnk u'r right but sometimes it is very hard to do that and that's the moment when u start loosing more and more....when u don't "stop and breathe" at the right time

I don't tilt often but that's what I usually have to do also, take a break for a couple of days.

Stop playing poker is the best solution or else your bankroll could suffer a major hit. Listening to music might help you break out of tilt as well.
