i used to not know when to stop when i was losing and i would be tilting so much i would just lose everything....so many times i lost my enitre bankroll it sucked...you just gotta realize everybody loses at one point....thats just poker

lol I do not think the fun steps take away tilt.
I take a break from Hold em and play a different variant of poker.

I normally sit or stand up staight, normally corrects the tilt. Taking some time away helps as well.
