1- take a break 2- expect the worse hope for the best 3-find a new hobby, something fun 4-20

Just take a break and do something else that you like (watch tv, play video games, any other hobby). Always keep a good bankroll management strategy so losses don't affect you as much.

I just try and isolate the reason for my feelings of tilt...because I was sucked out on...I have done that to others...because of the terrible play of "donks" I am happy for them, their bad play is usually my key to chipping up...if this doesn't work then a break is mandatory as playing on tilt is financial disaster...

Thanks everyone for all the advice after a good long break and some good herb i chilled and calmed down. Now that i have experienced tilt i can combat it easier now i think, and realize that sh.. happens
