How do you combat tilt?

just log off and go for a walk come back after u have cooled off.

I just try and isolate the reason for my feelings of tilt...because I was sucked out on...I have done that to others...because of the terrible play of "donks" I am happy for them, their bad play is usually my key to chipping up...if this doesn't work then a break is mandatory as playing on tilt is financial disaster...
