With this given situation you're getting 42% equity to win the hand. For it to be a profitable play you must be getting at least 50%ev, but that doesn't mean this is a bad play, given villain could easily be shoving worst draws and also pairs on that board just trying to steal so you have overs aswell. IMHO, I can't tell if this is a good play it depends whether it was in a cash game, or a tournament. If tournament it would depend on stack sizes and how deep you are to determine if this play is suitable. Meh, THEY WERE SOOTED!
