I believe in rivers and I believe they suck.
Sometimes I wish they would just get rid of it, then we would be complaining about getting TURNED!

If I'm not happy with my hand after the turn card...I same my chips! But if it's early in the game and I have like 12 outs...then I might see the river before folding! Normally the river hurts me...probably because I play in MICRO games and FREEROLLS alot!

I'm alergic to stupid rivers. I've got kicked out of tournaments by the 10 of clubs three days in a row at a river. I almost losed my mind.

all I have to say is that its part of the game.
if nobody played like this and everyone played exactly the same then everyone would fold all hands that werent gold and it would be a FAR less interesting game

Doesnt it SEEM like you always lose on the river and never win though? I swear to god I cannot suck out like people suck out against me. I can count on 1 hand when I hit a 1 outter on the river.
I think one time I did, it actually made his hand better

I hate rivers, just lost a flush ace high to a full house that they got on the river. Seems like it hurts me more than it helps.
