    i agree with what u said about, i met alot of russians going all in PRE FLOP with 47 38 59 cards like that, or on the flop with absolutly nothing ex. ( all in A3.... flop Q 8 J, when u have a pair of 10s and the river came the A that really sucks), thats what i have seen at the cash tables......

    Russian is a maniac but don't get afraid to call them.

    I only see Russian is bad on Poker in a freeroll, but there is other good Russian player too.
