I lost $190 in a live game yesterday so I came home and had to blow off some steam on Carbon.
About 5 hours ago I sat down at a 10 cent/25 cent blinds cash game with a Maximum Buy in of 25 bucks.
Threw 25 on the table. I got as low as 16 bucks and worked up to my current stack of 160 bucks.
Crazy stats, this game has never seen fewer than 8 players sitting..
I've won nearly half of the flops I've seen.

Please post when the down swing hits and your AA is busted by a 1 card quad. ...OBV ur on a heater which is awesome - but pros play a lot of hands and try to raise their way to winning pots. Only problem is there is a strategy to winning every table. Not sure how long calling every hand works as a strategy - wont be Long before your raises get called or you get raised all in every other hand.

PS - you should have an $800 bank roll to play this level like that - per a pro. That should tell you how bad the swings are right there...Good Luck and I hope you do well on Merge.

I played pretty conservative.. About 60 dollars of my stack was thanks to some guy that didn't like me.
I said, "I'm listening to worship music and jamming.. Maybe God's a poker fan." Then he went off like crazy talking about God isn't real and whatnot.
So I suckered him in to some trash talk. Dude went all in with rags versus my full house to try and bluff me.
But past that, I played conservatively. It was actually more of me calling raises then my raises causing folds. Went to showdown quite a bit.
I quit because I'm getting tired but I'll have to mess around with cash games more often. I've been stuck on tournaments for so long I forgot about 'em.

Also, I would just like to note that in my 5 hours of decent pots.. I didn't see hardly any of the usual Merge Suckouts.. I was amazed. I event called straight draws a few times trying to merge out but to no avail.
Maybe freerolls are just more fishtastic.
