Yeah sometimes people have a bad downswings for a week, months or if it's a year you better start quit lol.
I usually getting those downswings 2 or 3 each week.

MTT's have a higher variance than ring games. Even the pros might only cash in 1 or 2 of every 10 or 20 tournaments they enter. Do not be too hard on your self. The successes you have had in the past will repeat themselves in the future. I try to overcome it with quantity. Playing more games, so that I have more chances of winning.
