Another bad-luck story.... yesterday I was playing a freeroll(about 25k players at the beginning)...had great hands and success until first pocket aces of that tournament.(There were about 300 players left, I was in top 50). A limper called my 3-bet with K-7 of-suited....and the flop was 7-Q-7...Thought he wasn't playing that "7"...but he was...so busted out after playing more than 3 hours

dont feel bad about it. You played, it got beat.... it is just unfortunate your opponent got lucky. I folded AA in a mtt a few months ago because I thought my opponent had Trips. Its very hard to fold but if you can fold aces, you can fold any hand.

Any freeroll is literally a crap shoot/fest until the end. Good play means nothing, so wasting 3 hours is just the beginning.
