Honestly, the guy is doing damage to POs websites and the owners have had enough. POs owners can rightfully go after him civilly and also advise law enforcement of the persons intention to harm the website. It is a serious matter to continually attack a website in this manner. Hopefully they can end this and somehow patch-up whatever problem the parties have with each other.

Someone who hacks into another person's computer could be punished by a number of different crimes, depending on the circumstances. The law punishes hacking under the computer crime statutes. I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute spamming, harassing of members, pornography on PokerOwned.com and I will pursue any legal remedies available to me against you if these activities continue. These remedies include but are not limited to: contacting law enforcement to obtain criminal sanctions against you, and suing you civilly for damages I have incurred as a result of your actions.

Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP spamming, harassing of members, pornography on PokerOwned.com and send me written confirmation that you will stop such activities. You risk incurring some very severe legal consequences if you fail to comply with this demand.
