What is the ideal PO freerolls password release solution in your opinion?

Yesterday i just bought 300points an today when i clicked to show password on pokerstars when the time end and saw the password when i clicked back to pokerstars app registration was already gone! Is that normal? Now im -30 points!

have the lobby open and ready, refresh the countdown page when there is about a minute left and copy and paste the password.

I've refreshed it before 0,05sec and saw the password but when i switched to the app room was gone. And there says don't copy the password it creates white space. Also i use android and cant paste it. Ty anyways for info i'll ask for refund

So.. I just bought 450 points and didnt joined in 3 tournaments because reg was closed and i lost 90points already. I asked for refund before 2 days ago in your link and even didnt got answer there????
