let him pay back but dont let him on the site...from what i can tell he still cant get a straight story and there are WAY too many "new" members trying to back him its fishy as shit

also as a precaution dont let him pay back what he owes in paypal as i can see it getting revoked futher down the line and then people will still be out of pocket


lastly scams from what i can tell have been way down of late because people have been banned and rebanned...so to me that says its working...why would u then let one back i get that u want people to be paid back and that is cool but once they have been paid back they should nopt be allowed back on the site EVER
