I want all the points that I KNOW I earned. There are too many times that I fill out the info or whatever. The emails start coming so I know they got enough info but I am not credited with the points. One such was the mastercard one recently. Looked like easy points and went for it and the email came right away but no points. There are plenty more but since the points are currency it is disappointing when the points never come.
