Zab, I wouldnt consider this a full upgrade, but heres an idea I was thinking about when in comes to loan shark.

What if you gave Loanees the ability to set up how much they're like to loan out, interest terms... etc... and then people looking for loans could apply for them? Just give people a little bit of an extra option?
