If people are going to pay to enter i dont think many would pay then not play atleast 1 game a day. Maybe just open up some reserves spots for the same entry fee. If both people from a game dont play then they both get eliminated and forfeit their entry fee and the first reserve advances to the 2nd round.

Someone could bypass rounds 1-5 and buy their way into round 6..

Could open that spot up for a large cost though? If (Lets say we start at 50 or 100 pts) it could be +25-50 points per round.. so if its round 6 it would cost Original entry fee + 300 pts?

If we all filled out brackets every week I can just see people going all out to donk whoever they have picked against in their bracket. Could turn the freerolls into a warzone. Would be pretty fun.

Considering a losers bracket for anyone that my want to enter in the second round or late might be an idea to toss around. Then we have a bracket for the players that was down since day one.

I think the idea is sound, just its hard for people to play in all 4 Carbon tournaments.. Ur talking 12 straight hours of playing poker every time you want to play.. Maybe 2-3 people might

this because of the time difference id be starting at 6pm and finishing at around 5am :| i rarely if ever play in the 3am game so i would never take part in a promo like this

You could make it an average of the 4 games results per day (like the player rater). If you don't play in one you get a score equal to finishing smack dab in the middle. That way it encourages you to play more, but doesn't grossly penalize you if you're not an addict or have other things to do in your life.

+1 I agree 100% that the original plan is better, stick with it. Never try to fix something that is not broken
