How about side bets on the Speedway? You could open it up Monday morning when the new week's cars are listed, then close at the beginning of the first tournament (1PM ET). You could do it like the Donkey Bets: win, place, show - maybe even an exacta, trifecta, etc.

From previous forums I've been on, giving away points in trivia (even if it's 50 or 100 a question) always seems to get people interactive in the main room.
