So why am I posting this? I am trying to figure out if tournaments need an increase in prize pools, decreases.. What we need to do, what we need to change.
Part of the issue with less people in each tournament is that there are simply MORE tournaments every day.
Some of my thoughts:
1) So, I was trying to figure out if we should drop one of the BCP and increase the prize pools on them
2) If we should lower the Carbon prize pools by $5.00 but Add a 5th one.. That sort of thing
Here is our current line up:
Time Amount Site
10:00
10:30 $10.00 PokerStars
11:00
11:30
12:00
12:30
1:00 $35.00 Carbon
1:30 $10.00 PokerStars
2:00
2:30 $10.00 BCP
3:00
3:30
4:00 $35.00 Carbon
4:30
5:00
5:30 $10.00 BCP
6:00
6:30
7:00 $40.00 Carbon
7:30
8:00 $20.00 Bovada
8:30
9:00 $20.00 Lock
9:30
10:00 $45.00 Carbon
10:30
11:00 $20.00 Juicy
11:30
0:00 $15.00 BCP
My proposed changes:
Time Amount Site
10:00
10:30 $10.00 PokerStars
11:00
11:30
12:00 $25.00 Carbon
12:30
1:00
1:30 $10.00 PokerStars
2:00
2:30 $30.00 Carbon
3:00
3:30
4:00 $15.00 BCP
4:30
5:00
5:30 $30.00 Carbon
6:00
6:30
7:00 $20.00 Bovada
7:30
8:00 $35.00 Carbon
8:30
9:00 $20.00 Lock
9:30
10:00 $40.00 Carbon
10:30
11:00 $20.00 Juicy
11:30
0:00 $20.00 BCP
So the question is, do we want MORE tournaments (5 carbon) or bigger prize pools (from 3 tourneys to 2 at BCP but $20 and $15 prize pools)

Tournament Average Number of Players
"And Shepherds we shall be. For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand. Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be.

I think bigger prize pools, especially on a site like BCP where you can't do much with what we play for 5th-10th.

I seem (as well as others) to have problems on BCP and Juicy a lot. I would say do what ya can with carbon (bigger prize pools) etc.

hm... i would say drop one of the tourneys and raise the prize pool. I would keep the late bcp but make prize pool bigger. That one seems to have more and more ppl in it latley. ANd same goes for carbon I would say. I thk raising the prize pool would make everyone happy. thats what i would say/

I would like to see bigger prize pools in the BCP games. I would like to start a roll on BCP but with such small prize pools it is hard to do.

I'm definitely in favor of raising the BCP prize pool - even if you drop one.
If Carbon's prize pool is dropped, would the buy-in be lowered?
