These tourneys dont need to be changed at all zab. Trust me they are fine as they are.
Tourneys avg like 40 people and by the first break. Thats 1 hour in there is always between 10-15 left. Sure the blinds might not be that high for final table. But that is fine if u ask me. Its not like blinds are that small that they dont matter, But small enough to allow some play at final table.
If u change anythin it will suck.

sounds even too me, I played in a forum free roll at Stars and our starting stack was 1,500 and field was usually 1,700 entrants so I can dig it

I like the idea of turbo freerolls... I think they weed out the donks quicker and they also give the tournament more action. It is the super turbo tournaments that are the donk fest all-in freak shows. But the 1500 chip starting stack is good too. I'm low maintenance and easy to please (0=
