I just bought a ticket about 15 minutes ago. Is there a way I can check the status on this site when it gets approved? I have checked my carbon account and I have not received it yet. How long does it take to usually receive the coupon. Thanks a bunch.

for me it takes any where from 1minute to 20. There has been one instance where i didnt receive it however

hey Zab, is it your carbon username? or player name...cuz mine are different. ClintBluffins (my username) is what I entered in, trying to redeem a freeroll coupon..but after an hour and half or so, I still don't have a coupon for tourney entry. clintronic is my player name under my avatar..am i trippin'? i know that i am somewhat confused...naturally

What if we do not get the ticket or coupon? I waited until the time mark/slot and still have not received a coupon. I normally receive them right on time. Is it Carbon that could be holding this ticket back? Do I get refunded for the original coupon if I purchase another?

In Coupons History it states that the coupon was "Not Issued (unknown reason)" 05-04-2014 09:15 PM Can someone please look into this? Thanks! I bought another one hoping I get it because I am in a LLB.
