its on merges end...they like to piss arse n faf about, if/when the tourney is scheduled u usually get a ticket through on a wed...one idea i would suggest is like with the madness promotion have a page (if thats the right word) or a link that takes u to last months rankings so u know where u are etc when the tickets finally come thru i find myself playing a guessing game for how many chips ima get

and what bout doing the couple of things ive suggested
having a chip count and position for everyone at the top (like with leaderboard) so people know exactly where they stand n how far off they are from the top 100

and this being able to check on last months board to see where they came
