Basically you will be able to ask questions via this method INSTEAD OF private messaging me.
The mods will be able to see and respond to support questions.
Work in progress, still working out the kinks
If you absolutely positively HAVE to send a message ONLY to me, then I guess use the PM feature, but I'd prefer if all support questions ran through this. Much easier.

It works.. it just doesn't have an 'in your face' notifier when you get a new ticket.
So I am trying to fix that.
