Shouldn't money won be taken into account when placing people in cars? If you only place people based on how many tourneys they play then one car could end up with filled with the top of the leaderboard and the rest of the cars get screwed.
My idea goes something like this:
You take the top 50 freeroll entrants and apply the equation below. You then list them in order of their score and use the snake draft to assign the people into their cars. This way the people who play the most freerolls are rewarded AND the cars should be equal in skill. I think this would definitely even the teams out as opposed to filling the cars solely based on the number of freerolls played. It wouldn't be fair because the people who play the most freerolls don't necessarily cash the most, so this system should defend against stacked teams and it should provide much closer races.
Equation: ($ Won/# FR's Played)= Player Score
-It can either be $ won and # freerolls played in the last week or for all time
