Honestly this is a feature that sounded great on paper but is rarely used because players sell their funds to other players all the time. If you want to sell Lock put up a thread and people will get in touch. You can advertise in the room as well as long as you dont spam it every 42 seconds.

I just looked at this feature - I thought there used to be more poker rooms that you could use funds from to buy points? I only saw BCP listed, but I thought there were several others?
