I don't think there is a better way that what you have come up with. Save, perhaps, more boisterously reserving the option to deal with fraud and scamming more harshly. I.E. permanent bans, IP bans, and, whenever feasible, criminal charges. That aside I think you have done a great job ladies and gents.

This should definitely help. As far as outside marketplace loans go, I usually have enough points where I like to do 2 separate marketplace trades for points so I have the extra marketplace protection. Not everyone has enough points to do that, and it's not reasonable for stakes, but it works well when I want to trade something like swc for amazon.
