New Upgrade - Marketplace Ban -

This is absurd. I had something in marketplace days before this new rule was in place. Someone who I loaned in marketplace is trying to pay me back and I cant set it up now. Isnt there some rule that says if you break a rule before it becomes a rule you dont get punished? Please unban me from marketplace. I put the trade up a while before this upgrade. Thanks
