Does Juicy Stakes Poker count for the loyalty discount? I signed up via your link but I haven't received the loyalty discount yet. What information do you need to look into this for me?

I emailed Carbon Support since I have not started to receive my Loyalty Discount and received this email:

I also opened an Aced/PDC account through PokerOwned but merge is saying they cannot do anything to assist me. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do on my end to get this Loyalty Discount activated/enabled. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

im in NY so I cant make a new account since im grandfathered....anyway I can get part of this deal since I cant do anything to change my account?

If you are already grandfathered in to Carbon, download Aced though PO and you should be good to go. Follow Zab's instructions and clear cache/cookies/history or it may not link to your PO account. The only merge skin I played on before I joined PO was Lock and Sportsbook and Cake on the Revolution network (before US players were switched to Juicy Stakes). I am currently trying to get my issus resolved now so my Loyalty Discount is enabled, if you continue to experience issus,just email PO support and they will be able to assist you. i was getting the loyality discount because i used your links for PDC it has sent me to aced but i had a aced account already so they merged my accounts is there anything i can do now to ge the discount again???
