I didn't read the entire thread so forgive me if this is duplication. An idea would be to place a bounty on each sneak as well as the group pool. Could be a declining scale for the individual bountys per sneak when there are a lot and maybe 100 or so when 1 or 2. That way there will be more action against the sneak and benefit for taking them out and when the group of sneaks are eliminated everyone is rewarded as is now.

No easy way to claim bounties on sneaks, so rather, everyone gets a bounty when all sneaks are killed
"And Shepherds we shall be. For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand. Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be.

Bounties would be good, that would give us more of an incentive to kill them all in each tourny.

Its to hard to track that way.. This way is kind of all or nothing

I can see how it would be hard to track. The all or nothing system does tend to work too.
