Is this offer still currently available, or something that was offered long ago?

This is still offered but is only applicable for any site you sign up to through PO. Merge has a sister sight so if you are already signed up to one but not the other, you can do the other and still take advantage of the BR Boost. Also, SWC allows multiple accounts so you can just start a new account with them to take advantage of the BR Boost for that site.

So with swc for instance, will all the krill i earn go to PO or will I have access to all the krill and other player points I earn?

This doesn't really explain everything. I see you have to be tracked to the site, then there's a bankroll requirement (I am assuming it is some sort of a balance or deposit) and then the rake, which I assume you have to play with so much money and obtain a 50 dollar rake. Basically, is the bankroll requirement just a balance or a deposit?
